Our mission at FBCG is to condition our community to live a healthy lifestyle. We offer programs focusing on weight loss, muscle development, sports performance, cardiovascular, and pre/postnatal Training. The plans are typically structured in HIIT circuits and vertical loading to allow the client to maximize on the amount of work accomplished in efficient timing. We also encourage our clients to train for longevity. This involves making exercise apart of your weekly routines, practicing proper form, maintaining flexibility, self myofascial release, and consistently performing functional exercises. The ultimate goal is to be in shape for life.

Before training we offer a free assessment to determine your health history, strengths/weaknesses, discuss your goals, guide you on proper diet, and establish your expectations. 


Christen Greenwood is the owner + operator of FBGG Personal Training Studio. Christen is also an NPC Bikini Competitor, fitness model, and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with specialization in Women’s Fitness. FBCG started in August 2014 and has trained hundreds of people between the ages of 14-70, men and women, athletes and non athletes, millennials and mature professionals.

Alexandria (Alex) Marshall is a Board certified podiatrist by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer. She is also a certified CIZE and Bokwa Level 1 Dance instructor. Alex offers personal training as well as small group. She will provide nutritional recommendations upon request.




Before training we offer a free assessment to determine your health history, strengths/weaknesses, discuss your goals, guide you on proper diet, and establish your expectations. This includes filling out a questionnaire, taking measurements, cardio tests, balance tests, and strength tests. At FBCG we understand that everyone has different goals and levels of fitness. Our private studio allows for you to come in with a plan specifically designed for your needs. We offer one-on-one training for those who enjoy or require centered attention. We will accommodate you with your favorite workout music, work at your pace, and meet your personal needs to get the results you desire. Take the advantage of having an accountability partner and schedule an appointment TODAY!


If you are looking for a more cost effective way to obtain the same objectives then joining a group of 2-3 participants may be the solution for you. Providing camaraderie during exercise also helps to keep trainees motivated to work harder. Two is typically better than one when it comes to exercise. We can assign you to a group or you can bring your own. Grab your spouse, bestie, or coworker and start a new journey as a team.


Join our community of motivated individuals who have decided to commit to long term goals. With a commitment of 12, 6, or 3 months we will offer you unlimited training sessions for a monthly fee starting at $275 per month. You allowed to join open sessions 5 days a week during these months. This way you can maximize your results by having ample time made available to you for training. Consistency is the key to results!


We also offer training for new or expecting moms, athletes, and bridal parties. We hold several specialization as a team. Be prepared for all of life’s goals!
